Emilie Dorsett entered eternal rest on Tuesday, July 12, 2022.
Emilie Dorsett was born to Charles Dorsett and Guadalupe Martinez in Brownsville, Texas. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
Emilie Dorsett was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Guadalupe Dorsett, siblings Albert Dorsett † (Aurora), Teresa Martinez † (Rogerio †), Oralia Ortega † (Victor †), Charles Dorsett Jr †, James William Dorsett † (Yolanda). She is survived by her siblings Esther Reyes, Jesse (Grace) Dorsett, Henry (Mary) Dorsett, Lucy D. (Mike †) Medina, and Mary Alice Dorsett.
Visitation will be from 12 pm to 9 pm on Monday, July 18, 2022, with a Rosary at 7 pm in the Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. Visitation will resume at 8:15 am to 1:15 pm on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church at 2 pm on Tuesday, July 19, 2022. Rite of committal will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
