Teresa Plata

Teresa Plata, 60, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2013 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville. Teresa was preceded in death by her parents Paulino Navarro and Crecencia Navarro.

She is survived by her husband Nestor Plata, daughters Maria Teresa Plata, Patricia Plata, Leticia Plata Hernandez Jorge and Araceli Plata. Surviving sons are Nestor Plata Jr., Noel Plata, Francisco Plata and Jorge Plata and 20 grandchildren.

Also survived by her sister Maria Herrera and her brothers Ramon Navarro, Guadalupe Rangel, Carmelo Navarro and Noe Navarro. There is numerous nieces and nephews and many other relatives to cherish nice memories.

VISITATION: 9am9pm Thursday, August 8, 2013 Trevino Funeral Home
HOLY ROSARY: 7pm Thursday, August 8, 2013
FUNERAL SERVICES: 10am Friday, August 9, 2013 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church.
BURIAL: will follow from church to Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
