Servando Hernandez

Servando Pumarejo Hernandez entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 6, 2019, at the age of eighty-six.

Servando was born to Lilia Pumarejo and Servando Hernandez in Matamoros, Mexico. He worked as a farmer for most of his life. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his loving wife Minerva Trevino; their five children Lourdes Hernandez, Rosario Patiño and her husband Juan Fernando, Francisco Hernandez and his wife Debbie, Manuel Hernandez and his wife Lupita and Lilia Weimorts and her husband Joe. Also, to treasure many memories are his grandchildren, extended family members and a host of friends.

There will be a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 4:00 p.m. following a 5 p.m. Mass at St. Mary’s Catholic Church located at 1914 Barnard Rd in Brownsville, Texas.
