Sara Hatley

Sara Gonzalez Hatley of 100 years entered eternal rest on Sunday, October 17, 2021.

Sara Gonzalez Hatley was born to Jose Dimas Gonzalez and Guadalupe Trevino in Brownsville Texas. She was a dedicated employee of Judge Fred A. Kowalski for many years. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.

Sara Gonzalez Hatley was preceded in death by her husband G.M. Hatley, sisters; Enriqueta G Mata, Amalia G. Correa, Guadalupe Cisneros, Herminia Gonzalez and two Brothers; Jose D. Gonzalez, and Horacio Gonzalez. She is survived by two sons Guy R. Hatley (Katherine), Gary R. Hatley (Diana), and sister Alicia G. Buentello. Also, to treasure many memories are Granddaughters Sarah M.T. Hatley, and Destiny Raquel Hatley and other extended family members.

Visitation will be from 12 pm to 9 pm on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, with a Holy Rosary at 7 pm in the South Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. Visitation will resume at 8:15 am to 10 am on Thursday, October 28, 2021, Chapel Service will be at 10 am on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Rite of committal will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park at 11pm.
