Ruben Rodriguez

Ruben G. Rodriguez was born to Victor G. Rodriguez and Olivia G. Rodriguez in San Benito, Texas and passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at the age of sixty-eight. He will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Victor and Olivia Rodriguez and his siblings Enrique Rodriguez and Maria de la Luz Ramos.

Ruben is survived by his brothers; Victor G. Rodriguez (Aurora), Robert Rodriguez (Alicia), Raul Rodriguez (Mary) and a sister Irma Martinez. Also, to treasure many memories are numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, March 8, 2019, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the North Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. Visitation resumes Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. following a funeral mass at 2 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Cathedral located on 1218 E. Jefferson Street in Brownsville, Texas. Rite of committal will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.

Honored to serve as Ruben's pallbearers are; Robert Rodriguez Jr., Raul Rodriguez Jr., Albert Rodriguez, Raul Martinez Jr., Pete Ramos and Tito Casarez.
