Roxanne Cantu

Roxanne Cantu, born on September 5, 1989, passed away on March 10, 2026. She was known for her outgoing, generous, loving, and kind nature. Roxanne enjoyed exercising, dancing, and listening to music, activities that brought joy to her life and showcased her vibrant spirit.

She leaves behind her beloved daughters, Tyra De Leon and Elida Ramos, as well as her precious granddaughter, Sophia De Leon. Roxanne is also survived by her devoted father, Roberto Cantu, and her siblings, Roberto Cantu Jr., Manuel Cantu, Luciano Cantu, Peter Cantu, Leroy Cantu, Michelle Garcia, Rosario Cantu, Rosalinda Cantu, Ester, Briselda, Cris, and Glinda. These family members carry forward the love and memories she shared with them throughout her life.

Roxanne was preceded in death by her mother, Elida Cantu.

Memorial services honoring Roxanne’s life will be held on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Trevino Funeral Home located at 1355 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, Texas, 78521. The memorial service will begin at 4:00 p.m. and conclude at 8:00 p.m. A Rosary will also be held at the same location on the same day from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Services to conclude at 8:00 p.m.

Roxanne’s presence brightened the lives of those around her. May Roxanne rest in eternal peace.
