Rosa Trevino

Rosa Garza Trevino, 59, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 24, 2007 at Valley Baptist Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents Victor Garza Sr. and Eufemia Charles Garza.

Rosa was born on August 7, 1948, in Brownsville, Texas. She was a faithful member of New Life Center Church of Brownsville for 25 yrs. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and caring angel to everyone who knew her. Her favorite scripture was Psalm 91.

She is survived by her beloved husband and best friend of 39 yrs, Manuel A. Trevino, her sons, Manuel Dolores Trevino, Jr., Michael Charles Lurisa Trevino and Martino V. Trevino; her granddaughters, Leah Gabrielle , Manna Dannette, Olivia Isabella and Eva Adora Trevino; her brother, Victor DelmaGarza, Jr.; her sister, Emma G. Montalvo and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 26, from 12noon to 7p.m., with a funeral service beginning at 7p.m., at New Life Center Church, 3665 Old Hwy. 77, Brownsville, TX 78520 956 546-6403, with Pastor David Boone officiating. In accordance with her wishes cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers, friends may make a love contribution to the Trevino Family.
