Reynaldo Garza

March 14, 1980 — September 23, 2024

Brownsville, TX

Reynaldo Garza, born on March 14, 1980, to his loving parents, Maria Margarita Guerrero and Benigno Garza Jr., left this world on September 23, 2024 in Brownsville, Texas. He was a beloved spouse, son, brother, uncle, and friend, whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Reynaldo, a personality that could best be described as grumpy yet loving; he could easily bring a smile to faces with his lighthearted jokes when he chose to. His strong will was matched only by his caring nature, making him a pillar of strength for his family and friends. He was a formidable spirit, always engaging with those he loved and cherishing the moments spent together.

Reynaldo had a passion for fishing and cherished the joy of family cookouts, where laughter and good food brought everyone together. He was a devoted fan of the Denver Broncos and was known to have an insatiable sweet tooth for gummy candies. Reynaldo's love for his three pitbulls only added to the warmth and friendliness he radiated at home.

He is survived by his loving spouse, Annacelia Garza; his mother, Maria Margarita Guerrero; and his brother, Benigno Garza III. He was a cherished uncle to his nephews: Kristo Lazaray Garza, Damian Lee Garza, Benjamin Louis Garza, Oziel Garza, Rocco Garza, and Fernando Magdaleno, as well as his nieces: Kaitlyn Cowen and Alexa Michelle Magdeleno.

Reynaldo is preceded in death by his father, Benigno Garza Jr.; step-father Armando Guerrero; and brother Hector Garza. With each of these individuals by his side in spirit, may he find peace and comfort in eternal rest.
