Rebecca Sanchez was a loving mother and a caring grandma who cherished her family and enjoyed making memories with those around her. She found joy in playing bingo, attending church, and sharing a meal with loved ones. Rebecca Sanchez will be remembered for the kind heart, warm spirit, and the loving memories she left behind with family and friends and will be profoundly missed.

Left to cherish her memory is Eliseo Sanchez, Rebecca Sanchez, Mariela Sanchez, Ernesto Gutierrez, 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Public visitation in her honor will take place at Treviño Funeral Home-Old Port Isabel Rd. of Brownsville, Texas on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at the North Chapel. Service will resume on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 8:15 am to 12:00 noon with a Chapel Service at 12:00 noon, followed by a burial at Buena Vista Burial Park in Brownsville, Texas.
