Ramona Vasquez

Ramona V. Vasquez, 82, entered into eternal life on November 30, 2018.

She was a loving mother and grandmother. Her family will cherish their memories in their hearts and continue her legacy. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by her family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known her.

She is preceded in death by her parents Marcos Vela and Eleuteria Vela; a son, Robert Gonzales and is survived by her spouse Filiberto Serna Jr.; her loving children Lucy Arebalo, Marcos Gonzales, Maria Saldaña, Yolanda Solitaire, Luis Gonzales Jr., Gracie Alaniz, Richard Gonzales, Manuel Vasquez. Also, to treasure many memories are her siblings; Porfirio Vela, Adelaida Cepeda, Virginia Vela, Sixto Vela, Andrea Garza; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018, with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. in the North Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. There will be a chapel service 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2018 with a farewell at 2:46 p.m. Rite of committal will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Honored to serve as Ramona's pallbearers are; Filiberto Serna Jr., Marcos Gonzales, Luis Gonzales, Manuel Vasquez Jr., Ricardo Gonzales and Chad Chairez.
