Pedro was born December 10, 1953, in Matamoros, Tamps. And passed away October 16, 2025. He was preceded in death by parents, Jose Lozano Cantu and Lidia Trevino Lozano. He is survived by daughter, Glenda Lozano of Mexico City, Mexico, brothers, Jose Norberto (Orfa Linda) Lozano of Valparaiso, Florida and Jose Luis (Mona) Lozano of Brownsville, Texas.
Pedro attended and graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Mexico with a degree of Maestro de Educación Física. He was very athletic and played basketball with the University Team.
He eventually relocated to Brownsville, Texas and worked as a Land Surveyor for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing. He was an excellent cook and great at Bar-b-que. His personality and easy-going spirit made him many friends, whom he greatly valued and appreciated.
He will be greatly missed, but Heaven gained a good soul. Pedro’s Catholic faith was very evident in his life, especially in his last years as he bravely battled his illness. There is great comfort in knowing that.
