Omar Padrn, 44, entered into eternal peace on October 28, 2014. He was born on July 22, 1970 in Brownsville, TX.
There wasnt a stranger he didnt know and making people laugh was his gift to the world. He was voted Most Wittiest by his Hanna High School Class of 1988.
He was awarded The Bronze Star in The Gulf War as a Nuclear Biological Chemical Operations Specialist with the 11th Air Defense Artillery Scud Busters, US Army. His merits would continue as he worked as a Firefighter Paramedic for several years.
Omar is survived by his 3 children, Chloe Sophia, Omar Jr. and Meghan Samantha his parents Oscar and Alicia Padron brothers Oscar Jr. Oniver Oswaldo Padron as well as nieces, nephews, many relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at Trevino Funeral Home in Brownsville, TX on Sunday November 2, 2014 from 2:00 PM 9:00 PM with a rosary service at 7:00 PM.
Mass will be Monday November 3, 2014 at 10:00 AM at St. Lukes Catholic Church.
Burial will follow at 2:00 PM at RGV State Veterans Cemetery in Mission, TX with Full Military Honors.
A celebration of life will follow at 344 Fern Dr. Brownsville, TX...Because Omar would want us to laugh with him and not want it any other way.
