Norma Sosa

Norma Lee Sosa, 57, passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.

Norma was born to Baldemar Balboa and Celia Rivera in Brownsville, Texas. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by her family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known her.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Norma is survived by her two loving children; her daughter Samantha Sosa and her son Jose Luis Sosa and his wife Brenda. Also, to treasure many memories are her five grandchildren; Summer Lynn Sosa, Dallas Sosa, Makayla Sosa, Leah Sosa, Easton Sosa, her siblings; Baldemar Balboa, Armando Balboa, Eloy Balboa, Ruben Balboa, Robert Balboa, Cynthia Melchor, Belinda Gutierrez, Maryann Balboa and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 12 noon to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. in the North Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. As per Norma's wishes, service will conclude and cremation to follow.
