Micaela Saldana

Micaela Lamas Saldana, 54, entered into eternal life on November 4, 2007 at Valley Baptist Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eusebio Saldana and Maria Antonia Saldana.

She is survived by her children. Mario Marvelia Saldana, Jesus A. Lamas, Alvaro Lamas, Nancy Lamas, and Martha Lamas, brothers; Miguel Reyna Saldana and Mauricio Rosa Saldana, sisters; Minerva Lupe Hernandez and Maria Juan Ramos. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, and uncles.

We want to thank Valley Regional Medical Center and staff, Dr. Betancourt for their help and support during her time of need. Micki, as she was known to everyone, was a hard worker, caring, and trusting friend to many. She was a loving, caring mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother who was always there to offer guideness and words of encouragement.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2007 with a holy rosary recited at 7 p.m. Mass of Resurrection will be held at 2 p.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. Interment will be private at a later date.

Pallbearers will be Mario Saldaa, Mario Saldaa, Jr., Miguel Saldaa, Mauricio Saldaa, Mauricio Saldaa, Jr. and Jess Lamas.
