Maria H. GARZA 63 had the biggest, strongest, most comforting and loving heart. But, let it be known that her job here is done. Mom received a call; sort of an offer one cannot refuse for an appointment she would not be returning from. This assignment came with a huge sign-on bonus that of her husband Reynaldo G. Garza, her parents Benito and Adela Gonzalez Fuentes, and sister Josefina Fuentes Garza. All whom she has not seen in a long time. Also, she will reunite with her most favorite cousin Maria Guadalupe (Lupita) Garcia. Her surviving sisters are Irene Fuentes Huantes and Amelia Fuentes Salinas. Her new mission takes her to a paradise where she will be socializing with family, friends, patients, dancing with Dad, playing maquinitas with Lupita and of course gardening in the beautiful garden of kingdom. Where one day, I patiently wait for my sweet beautiful guardian angel to welcome me with a big lavender rose and wide-open arms. Although you left special instructions for your children Maria H. Garza, Reynaldo Garza Jr. (Francis), Manuel Garza, and Adrian Joseph Garza (Yvette). Grandchildren are Cecilia Rae Antuna, Monique Chazel Garza, Manuel Fernando Antuna and Noah Adrian Garza. Arriving soon great granddaughter Ivory Maria Koehler. All left to fulfill her legacy by staying united and to love like there's no tomorrow because tomorrow is not promised. Till we meet and see you again.

Visitation is on Thursday, June 17th,2021 at 12 PM to 9 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. in the North Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home Old Port Isabel. Visitation will resume at 8:15 AM to 1:15 PM on Friday, June 18th, 2021, Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church at 12 PM on Friday, June 18th,2021. Rite of committal will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park at 1 PM.
