She was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Garcia Aguirre.

Maria is survived by her son Albert Garcia and daughter Maria De La Luz Reyes grandchildren Albert Garcia, Ivan Garcia, Alejandro Garcia, Michelle Reyes, Hector G. Reyes Jr., Sherlyn Reyes and Yasherma Reyes
sisters Delia Lopez Lopez and Maria Sofia Lopez
brothers Reyes Lopez, Javier Lopez, Segundo Lopez, Benito Marin and Rafael Marin.
