Maria Cuevas

Maria Luisa Cuevas, 88, beloved mother and grandmother was born March 22,1925 in Agualegues, Nuevo Leon Mexico.

She passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at her residence in Brownsville, Texas where she resided for over 50 years. She loved her church and loved gardening.

Maria was preceded in death by her husband Guadalupe Cuevas parents Apolinar and wife Victoria siblings Juanita Herrera, Josefina Alaniz, Carlota Ramirez, Jesus Ramirez, Valeriano Ramirez, Esperanza Ramirez and Elida Garcia.

She is survived by her brother Natalio Ramirez, sons Guadalupe Cuevas, Jr., Eduardo Cuevas, Ricardo Cuevas Epifania, daughters Vicky Alaniz Dan, Gracie Webb Frank, Palmira Miranda Lee grandchildren Austin Lauren Webb, Daniel Maegan Alaniz, Maesha Cuevas, Valerie Garza, Tanya Ceballos, Kacie Kelly Cuevas and three GreatGrandchildren.

VISITATION: 11am9pm Friday, September 27, 2013 with a rosary 7pm Trevino Funeral HomeSouth Chapel.
FUNERAL MASS: 1pm on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at St. Luke Catholic Church
INTERMENT: Buena Vista Burial Park
