Manuela Garza

Manuela G. Garza, 84, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.

Manuela was born to Tomas Garza and Maria de Jesus M. Garza in Matamoros,Tamaulipas. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband Rosendo Garza, their son Cristobal Garza; her sister Eufemia Treviño and her brother Tomas Garza.

Manuela is survived by her loving children Juanita G. Leal and her husband Luis Leal Jr., Rosendo Garza Jr. and his wife Raquel Garza, Leonel Garza and his wife Gloria Garza. Also, to treasure many memories are her grandchildren; David Leal, Ricky Garza, Cindy Blanco, Donny Leal, Manuela Barton, Stephanie Garza, Leonel Garza Jr., Gloria Rodriguez; her great-grandchildren Destiny Bossé, Alex Blanco, Ricky Garza, Eric Blanco, Liam Rodriguez, Julian Castillo, Christopher Castillo, Natalie Leah Garza, William Barton, Bailey Barton; her siblings, Bertha Diaz, Aurora Reyes, Guadalupe Garza, Teodoro Garza, Noe Garza and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2018, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:30 p.m. in the North Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. The chapel service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 26, 2018. Rite of committal will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
