Leonor Hernandez

Leonor Hernandez entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at the age of eighty- one.

Leonor was born to Benito Delgado and Esperanza Rivera in Mexico in 1938. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.

She enjoyed playing Mexican bingo well known as Loteria, she enjoyed futbol soccer, traveling to Victoria, Mexico and she liked attending Christian services.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband Efigenio Hernandez; her siblings, Israel Delgado, Manuel Delgado, Olga Delgado, Zoila Rosalinda Delgado, Alberto Delgado and is survived by her loving children Alma L. Ruelas, Sergio Hernandez, Gaston Hernandez, Carlos E. Hernandez, Norina Rodriguez and Yolanda Ramirez. Also, to treasure many memories are her numerous grandchildren, great- grandchildren and her siblings; Leopoldo Delgado, Alvaro Delgado, Guillermina De La Fuente, Alba Luz Garcia, Blanca Delgado and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. in the South Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. Visitation resumes from 8:15 a.m. to 12 noon on Thursday, October 24, 2019 with a chapel service 12 noon. Rite of committal will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
