Kay L. Hutchins "Hutch", 78, of Brownsville, Texas passed away on March 22, 2016 at his residence.
Hutch is survived by his wife Celia S. Bates; his children Alan Hutchins and Paul Hutchins; three step daughters Gloria Rodriguez, Cecilia Vaughn, and Issa Garcia & husband Mike; and his grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 2 pm, Monday, March 28, 2016 in the South Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home.
