Juan Bustos Martinez III was born to Juan Martinez Jr. and Rosa Maria Martinez in Brownsville, Texas. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.

Juan Bustos Martinez III served in the Marine Corp for 12 years as a Sargeant. He also served as a military police officer for 7 years. Also, he cared deeply for his family and friends.

Juan Bustos Martinez III was preceded in death by his father Juan Martinez Jr., and his grandparents Juan G. Martinez, and Elisea Martinez. He is survived by his mother Rosa Maria Martinez; his loving wife Maria Pilar Barcenas Martinez, children Juan Manuel Martinez IV, Mayra Anali Martinez and Jorge Armando Vasquez. Also, to treasure many memories are his siblings; Jaime, Javier, Joaquin, Joel, Julian, Joey Martinez, Belinda Thompson, and Rosalinda Luevano and other extended family members.

Visitation will be from 2 pm to 9 pm on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, with a Rosary at 7 pm in the Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery at 1 pm on Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
