Jose Guadalupe Mascorro, 89, entered into eternal life on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Valley Baptist Medical CenterBrownsville.
He is survived by is wife Micaela Mascorro, daughters Maria De La Paz Martinez, Consuelo Rogelio Viera, sons Alfredo Martha Mascorro, and David Elvia Mascorro, 31 grandchildren and 83 greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 9 am to 9 pm with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Monday, January 4, 2010 at Trevino Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2 pm, Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Trevino Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
