Jose Luis Hernandez, 69, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2015.
Mr. Hernandez is survived by his daughter; Rosa Hernandez and a son; Jose Luis Hernandez, Jr., his brother; Jorge Hernandez and sisters; Norma Hernandez and Guadalupe Hernandez.
Preceded him in death is his wife Rosa Hernandez.
Visitation is 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on May 6, 2015 at Trevi�o Funeral Home South Chapel with a Prayer Service at 7 p.m.
Chapel Service is scheduled at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 2015.
Burial will follow to Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
