Jesus Hernandez

Jesus Hernandez Hernandez, 83, was called to his eternal rest on Saturday, January 19, 2019.

Jesus was born to Florencio Hernandez and Alejandra Hernandez in Mexico. He retired from being an industrial machinist and worked many years in Public Utilities Board well known as P.U.B. in the Brownsville area. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by his family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known him.

Jesus was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife Guadalupe Hernandez; his loving children Alfonso Hernandez, Bertha Hernandez, Jose Hernandez, Aaron Hernandez, Jesus Hernandez, David Hernandez, Ernesto Hernandez and Maria Hernandez. Also, to treasure many memories are his siblings; Celestino Hernandez, Florencio Hernandez, Juan Humberto Hernandez, Jose Antonio Hernandez, Luis Manuel Hernandez, Maria de los Angeles Hernandez, Enriqueta Hernandez, Gregoria Hernandez, Mari Ester Hernandez, Manuela Hernandez, Josefina Hernandez; thirty-three grandchildren and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the North Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. The chapel service is scheduled at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. Rite of committal will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
