Mr. Jay E. Decker II entered eternal paradise on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at the age of ninety-five years old.
He will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Treviño Funeral Home-Old Port Isabel Rd.
In accordance to his final wishes, there is no service scheduled at this time.
