Jason Anthony Mayhood, 35, entered into eternal life on November 20, 2012.
Jason loved life and treasured his immediate family.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife: Dawn Maria Rios, his children Harley Anthony Rios, Tristan Angelo Mayhood, Bethany Addison Faith, his mother in law Maria Snyder.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 3 p.m., Sunday, November 25, 2012 at Trevino Funeral Home. Cremation will follow.
