Guadalupe Rodriguez

Guadalupe C. Rodriguez, 78, of Palestine, Texas died July 12, 2011. She was born May 03, 1933 in Monterrey, Mexico.

She worked for Wyatts Cafeteria in Brownsville for nine years as head hostess and received recognition for excellence.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Igancio Rodriguez.

She is survived by her children Ignacio Rodriguez, Jr. and his wife Janie, Sandra Rodriguez, Rosalinda Rodriguez, Minerva Rodriguez and partner John Rohrer, Ruben Rodriguez and Rene Rodriguez. Grandchildren Jessica Pruneda, Roxy Pruneda, Kenneth Bowman Jr., Samantha bowman, Robert Bowman Jr., Lisa Bowman, greatgrandchildren Chloe, Ethan, Isabella, Cyrina, Candence and Anabella.

Visitation and Rosary was held Friday, July 15, 2011 at Trevino Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Resurrection will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 16, 2011 at St. Lukes Catholic Church. Interment will follow to Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
