Gilberto Escobedo Sr, 69, entered into eternal life on January 3, 2010 at Valley Baptist Medical Center. He was a resident of Brownsville , Texas.

He is survived by his wife , San Juanita Escobedo 2 sons, Eric Escobedo and Gilberto Escobedo Jr 3 daughters, Marisela Fernandez, Monica Escobedo and Elizabeth Soriano 1 brother Ignacio Escobedo 2 sisters, Elvia Escobedo and Hilda Escobedo.


Visitation will be held from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m, Tuesday January 5, 2010 at Trevino Funeral Home South Chapel . Visitation will start at 6:45 p.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church with recitation of the holy rosary at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will resume from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday January 6, 2010 at Trevino Funeral Home South Chapel with a 2 p.m. Funeral Service at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
