Gil C. Gonzalez, 79, entered into eternal life on August 11, 2008 in Brownsville.
He was a member of Good Shepard Catholic Church. He was a retired B.I.S.D employee.
He is preceded in death b his parents, Gil and Enriqueta, brothers and sisters, Bertha Gonzalez, Adela Gonzalez, Ester Gonzalez, Lupita Gonzalez and Horacio Gonzalez.
He is survived by his wife; Maria Rosa Gonzalez, son; Servando Trevino, one granddaughter, brothers, Oscar Gonzalez and Alfonso Gonzalez and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2008 with a rosary recited at 7 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home North Chapel. Mass of Resurrection will be held at 3 pm, Thursday, August 14, 2008 at Good Shepard Catholic Church with interment followed at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
