Fernando Nieto

BROWNSVILLE, TX. - Fernando Federico Nieto, born on July 26, 1960, died on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the age of fifty-eight years old.

Fernando loved the sport of soccer and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his daughters, Maria Elena Nieto and Mayra Nieto (Juan Flores); brothers, Javier Nieto and Jorge Nieto; sisters Diana Nieto, Elva Nieto, Maria del Refugio Nieto, Maria Elizabeth Nieto, and Angelica Vasquez; and four grandchildren.

Visiting hours are on Wednesday, January 02, 2019, beginning at nine o'clock in the morning and concluding at nine o'clock at night, with a recitation of the holy rosary to begin at seven o'clock Wednesday evening within the Trevino Funeral Home North Chapel.

Visitation resumes eight fifteen in the morning until twelve noon on Thursday, January 3, 2019 following a funeral mass that will be held on Thursday, January 03, 2019 at twelve o'clock in the afternoon. Interment will then follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas.
