Evangeline Astorga

Evangeline Angie Chapa Astorga, 74, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at her home in Brownsville.

She was a native of Refugio,Texas , lived for many years in Chicago and in Bensenville, Illinois, and in Brownsville for the past 10 years.

She is survived by her husband, Romulo Astorga, of Brownsville loving son, Jesse Astorga Adriana, of Arizona loving daughter, Marisa Astorga Vito of Chicago loving brother, Robert Chapa of Brownsville brother, Oscar Chapa Martha of Pearland and many close relatives and friends. Mrs. Astorga was a member of St. Lukes Catholic Church in Brownsville.

ROSARY: 7pm Sunday, April 20, 2014 at Trevio Funeral Home, South Chapel
FUNERAL MASS: 2pm Monday, April 21, 2014 at St. Luke Catholic Church
