Estela M. Fregeau, 93, peacefully passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.
Estela was born to Arturo Francisco Moreno and San Juana Weaver Moreno in Los Indios, Texas. She retired from being a teacher for forty years in La Paloma community and Brownsville Independent School District. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by her family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known her.
Estela was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings Francisco, Jose Daniel, Samuel, Anita Mackey and Adela Page.
She is survived by her loving husband of sixty-three years Richard L. Fregeau; their children Michael Fregeau (Mary), Steve Fregeau (Shirin) and Diane Solitaire (Carlos Jr.). Also, to treasure many memories is her sister Eloisa Oliveira; her grandchildren Matthew Fregeau, Yvonne Christow, Michelle Solitaire, Brian Solitaire and extended family members.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. The chapel service will be held 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2018. Rite of committal will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Honored to serve as Estela's pallbearers are; Michael Fregeau, Steve Fregeau, Brian Solitaire, Carlos Solitaire Jr., Felipe Hugo Galindo and Antonio Garcia.
