Estefana Garza

Estefana Gomez De Garza, 92, entered into eternal life on October 17, 2009. She was born in Rancho El Gomeno, Matamoros Tamps on February 17, 1917.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Jose Maria Gomez and Isabel Hinojosa De Gomez; brother,Rafael Gomez; sister, Lucinda Gomez.

She is survived by her 2 daughters; Lupita G Rodolfo Pena and Maria Juanita Alfonso Hernandez; 1 son; Carlos G. Martina Garza; 10 grandchildren;23 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren; 7 nieces and nephews; and 1 sister Francisca Cisneros.

Visitation will be held from 8a.m.to 1:30 p.m. on Monday October 19, 2009 at Trevino Funeral Home Chapel ; with a Mass of Resurrection at 2 p.m. at St. Eugene De Mazenod Catholic Church , 5409 Austin Rd. Brownsville, Tx. Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Serving as pallbearers will be Carlos Garza Jr, Jesus Hernandez, Javier Hinojosa, Angel Hernandez, David Hinojosa,Alfonso Hernandez Jr,Jaime Hinojosa Jr. and Daniel Martinez.
