Enrique Herrera ,57, of Brownsville, Texas passed away on Wednesday February 2, 2011 at Solara Hospital.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Maria M. Herrera
He is survived by his 2 sons, Enrique Herrera Jr, David Edward Herrera his father, Eugenio Herrera, 1 grandson, Noah Jaden Herrera 11 brothers and sisters and his former spouse Hilda Ybarra.

A private ceremony as per his wishes was held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday February 3, 2011 at Trevino Funeral Home . Full Military Honors were conducted by American Legion Post 43.
