Edgar Martinez

Edgar Martinez, a beloved father, son, brother, and, passed away on November 27, 2024, in Brownsville, Texas. He was born on November 9, 1981, in Mexico, and during his life, he touched the hearts of many with his caring and humble nature.

Edgar was a devoted father to his three children: Faith Leticia Gonzalez, Laura Renay Juarez, and Grace Victoria Juarez. His love extended beyond his immediate family, as he also leaves behind his parents, Arturo Juarez and Laura Martinez Juarez. Edgar is survived by his siblings, Angela Juarez and Jesus Arturo Juarez, as well as numerous nephews and nieces who will remember him fondly.

Known for his vibrant personality, Edgar had a love for the color red, always buying clothing and things in this color. He relished spending quality time with his family, creating memories that will live on in their hearts.

As we remember Edgar, we invite the community to join us in honoring his life during the upcoming services at Trevino Funeral Home, located at 1355 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX 78521. The visitation will take place on Sunday, December 15, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, followed by a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Monday, December 16, 2024, from 8:15 AM until 10:00 AM, with a chapel service at 10:00 AM. Edgar’s journey will conclude with a burial at Buena Vista Burial Park, 1024 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521, at 11:00 AM on the same day.

Edgar Martínez, un amado padre, hijo y hermano, falleció el 27 de noviembre de 2024 en Brownsville, Texas. Nació el 9 de noviembre de 1981 en México, y durante su vida tocó el corazón de muchos con su naturaleza cariñosa y humilde.

A Edgar le sobreviven sus tres hijos: Faith Leticia González, Laura Renay Juárez y Grace Victoria Juárez. Su amor se extendió más allá de su familia inmediata, ya que también deja atrás a sus padres, Arturo Juárez y Laura Martínez Juárez. A Edgar también le sobreviven sus hermanos, Ángela Juárez y Jesús Arturo Juárez, así como numerosos sobrinos y sobrinas que lo recordarán con cariño.

Conocido por su vibrante personalidad, a Edgar le encantaba el color rojo, siempre comprando ropa y cosas de este color. Disfrutaba pasar tiempo de calidad con su familia, creando recuerdos que vivirán en sus corazones.

Al recordar a Edgar, invitamos a la comunidad a unirse a nosotros para honrar su vida durante los próximos servicios en la Funeraria Treviño, ubicada en 1355 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX 78521. La visitación tendrá lugar el domingo 15 de diciembre de 2024, de 12:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m., seguida de un servicio de oración a las 7:00 p.m. La visitación se reanudará el lunes 16 de diciembre de 2024, de 8:15 a.m. a 10:00 a.m., con un servicio de capilla a las 10:00 a.m. El viaje de Edgar concluirá con un entierro en Buena Vista Burial Park, 1024 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521, a las 11:00 a.m. el mismo día.
