Debra Hernandez

Debra Hernandez 42, beloved daughter, mother, sister, tia, niece, and, friend entered into her eternal rest on Saturday December 24, 2022.

Debra was born to Jose Luis Hernandez and Maria Carmen Montante of Brownsville, Texas. She was known for her fondness of family gatherings, and for the immense love she held for her family and friends.

Debra was a devoted daughter, mother, sister, tia, niece, and friend.  She will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her.

Debra was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; Raul and Rita B.  Hernandez; maternal grandparents; George and Jovita T. Gonzalez.

She is survived by her parents; Jose Luis and Carmen Hernandez; her loving children; Seth N. Echavaria, Kyle Gonzalez, Lalayne Gonzalez, and Yssa Gonzalez,   sisters; Yvonne (Julian) Cordova, Amanda (Gabriel Gonzalez) Hernandez, and Samantha (Jesus Guillen) Hernandez.  Also to treasure loving memories are her nieces and nephews; Alexis Cordova, Jacenta Cordova, Bryanna Gonzalez, Nicolai Gonzalez, Caleb J. Guillen, Celest Guillen, and Cayden Mateo Guillen as well as extended family and friends.

Public Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2022, with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the North Chapel at Trevino Funeral Home. Visitation resumes Friday, December 30, 2022 at 8:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with  chapel services at 10:00 a.m. in the North Chapel at Trevino Funeral Home.

Services will conclude immediately after chapel service.

Cremation to follow at Sacred Park Crematorium.

In lieu of flowers, family will accept monetary donations.
