Cruz Cruz

Cruz Cruz entered into eternal rest on May 24, 2021, at the age of 100 years old, in San Antonio, Texas.

Cruz Cruz was born to Antonio Cruz and Florencia Martinez Cruz in Mexico on May 22, 1921.

His favorite thing to do was reading the word of God. On November 5, 1933, he became a United Stares citizen and was very proud too. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Loreto Vargas; two brothers, Dario Cruz and Moises Cruz. Cruz is survived by his loving wife of 59 years of matrimony Elvira Cruz; their children Martin Cruz, Olga Treviño widow of Jose, Blanca N. Castruita and her husband Isaac and Florencia Sustar. Also, to treasure many memories are his 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 12 noon to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 3rd, 2021 with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. in the South Chapel of Treviño Funeral Home. Visitation resumes from 8:15 a.m. to 10:30 on Friday, June 4th, 2021 with a chapel service scheduled at 10:30 a.m. Rite of committal will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.

24 de Mayo de 2021, Cruz Cruz, entro a eterno descanso a la edad de 100 años de edad en el lugar de San Antonio, Texas.

Cruz Cruz nació en 22 de Mayo 1921, en México. Sus padres fueron Antonio Cruz y Florencia Martinez Cruz. Su pasatiempo favorito era leer la palabra de Dios. Se hizo ciudadano Americano el 5 de Noviembre 1993. Lo vamos ha estrañar demasiado.

Es precedido en muerte por sus padres; una hermana Loreto Vargas y dos hermanos Dario Cruz, Moises Cruz.  Es sobrevivido por su amada esposa de 59 años de matrimonio Elvira Cruz, sus hijos Martin, Olga Trevino viuda de Jose, Blanca N. Castruita y su esposo Isaac, y Florencia Sustar. También comparte muchas memorias con sus 9 nietos, 4 bisnietos; y numerosos sobrinos, sobrinas y familia extendida.

La visitación será de 12 medio dia a 8 p.m. el Jueves, 3 de Junio de 2021 con un servicio de oración a las 7 p.m. en la capilla del Sur en Funeraria Treviño.  Visitación resume de 8:15 a.m. ha 10:30 a.m. el Viernes, 4 de Junio de 2021 con un servicio en capilla programado a las 10:30 a.m. y inmediatamente después, la sepultura en el panteón Buena Vista Burial Park .
