Ms. Hernandez is preceded in death by her husband Anastacio Hernandez.
Ms. Hernandez is survived by her loving family and friends.
Visitation on Monday, May 12, 2014 from 10a.m. to 12noon with a Rosary starting 12noon at Trevio Funeral Home, South Chapel
Inurnment will be 1:30pm at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
