Alfredo Sosa entered into eternal rest on August 20th, 2020 at the age of ninety-years old.
Alfredo was born in 1930 to Sefarin and Dolores C. Sosa in Brownsville, Texas. He was a United States Army Veteran. He managed a convenient store for many years. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son Freddy Sosa Jr. and is survived by his loving wife Consuelo Sosa; their children Eddie Sosa, Martha Sosa and Sandra Sosa. Also, to treasure many memories is his sister Ana Maria Sosa, five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and extended family members.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2020 with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. in the South Chapel of Treviño Funeral Home. Visitation resumes from 8:15 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2020 with a chapel service scheduled at
11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1st, 2020. Rite of committal will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
