Adan Garcia

Adan Garcia, 63, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2018.

Adan was born to Carlos Garcia and Ruby Mae G. Garcia in Brownsville, Texas. He retired from working at many years at the Port of Brownsville from being a heavy equipment operator. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by his family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known him.

Adan was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Robert Goddard and is survived by his loving wife Tomasa L. Garcia and their children Adan Garcia Jr., Abran David Garcia and Laura Moreno. Also, to treasure many memories are his grandchildren; Jesus Moreno, Lupita Moreno, Analee Victoria Moreno, his siblings; Carlos Garcia Jr., David Garcia, Ralph Garcia, Carol B. Carroll, Ruby Jean Garcia, Marjorie Ann Garcia, Wannetta Vega and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2018, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the North Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. Visitation resumes from 8:15 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2018 following the chapel service 11 a.m. Rite of committal will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
